Why should we eat dates in an odd number?

Some practice this rule due to religious beliefs, and those with diabetes should consume dates in moderation. However, a healthy person can eat dates in odd or even numbers. We recommend eating 3-6 dates a day, as they contain a lot of antioxidants. They also provide 20% of the recommended daily fiber.
