Will dates (dry fruits) increase the sugar level?

Studies have found that eating the recommended amount of dates (3-5 dates)  will not raise blood sugar levels in your body. This makes them a safe choice for diabetics (at low to moderate amounts). It is also an ideal sweet snack.
