We suggest doing any of the following to solve this: 

• Verify that you have submitted the correct email address. You may sign up again by entering the correct details. Please check if you have received a “Welcome” email from us.

• In some email platforms like Gmail, emails are categorized automatically. Some may not appear in your primary inbox if they are marked under Socials or Promotions. Check whether 7D VARIETY newsletters appear under either of these tabs.

• Search your Spam or Trash inbox. You may change how these are tagged by changing your email settings.

• We are sending out newsletters using media@7dvariety.com. Add this email address to your whitelist or approved senders list for it not to be flagged either as “spam” or “junk” by your email provider.
