What happens if you only eat dates for the rest of your life?

Even though dates alone contain nutrients such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and fiber, we still do not advise eating only one type of food. The reason is you might not get enough nutrients needed. It would be better to get them from a variety of fruits and vegetables instead.
