What are the side effects of over eating dates?

As with all other types of food, overeating may cause negative impacts on your health. Dates contain 70% carbohydrates which are broken down into sugar. If overeaten, it may cause unhealthy weight gain. We recommend eating 3-6 pieces of dates a day to get the most out of its nutritional benefits.
