Is eating one date per day sufficient for survival?

One date per day would not be sufficient for healthy survival. We recommend incorporating dates into your diet instead. It must be eaten in addition to other nutrient-dense foods. This includes a variety of protein, carbohydrate, and fat sources. This will ensure your body is getting the nutrients it needs.
