Is eating 20 dates every day way too much of a sugar and iron intake?

Dates are a great addition to your diet. However, there is such a thing as ‘too much of a good thing.’ We recommend eating about 100 grams (5 dates) a day. This helps keep your diet balanced with a variety of other healthy foods.
