Can I eat dates with tea?

Dates have a sweet, caramel-like richness that makes for a great partner for tea. Both dates and tea have phenolic acids that help prevent cancer. They also have antioxidants and reduce the risk of heart diseases. Eat them together to maximize their benefits!
