Can I have a diet to reduce my weight based on only water and dates?

While water and dates are helpful in losing weight, we don’t recommend a diet focused only on them. Restricting certain types of food leads to vitamin deficiencies. It can also lead to psychological problems like binge eating. This practice has bad health effects and might derail your efforts. You may want to try other types of diet that include dates which are a healthier option.
