Is eating dates for breakfast good for dieting?

Yes, as much as  ½ cup (about 4 dates) can be included in a healthy breakfast. We recommend pairing them with a protein and a complex carbohydrate source, like eggs and whole-grain toast. This combination will make a well-balanced breakfast.
