How many dates should you eat per day to gain weight?

In order to gain weight, you need to consume more calories than you burn daily. Consuming dates can help you reach your calorie goals. Consuming five dates a day provides you about 330 calories. This is a good alternative to empty calories because dates are full of vitamins and antioxidants!
