After yoga, it is best to wait 30 minutes before eating. We suggest eating something light but protein-rich. This will keep possible muscle soreness to a minimum. Some of the best foods to include in your yogi diet are grains, vegetables, and fruits. You may eat food such as dates, nuts, and honey.
