Is eating dates while I’m exercising a good idea in order to lose weight?

It is best to eat 2-4 pieces of dates at least 30 minutes before a workout. Dates are a great pre-workout snack because the high fiber content slows digestion and keeps you satiated longer. The carbohydrates will also provide the energy needed for your workout.
