How many dates can I consume per day? What consumption is bad for your health?

We recommend an average individual to eat 3-6 dates per day. This will give you the full benefits from their high levels of Vitamin B and Vitamin C. While you can eat more, eating too much regularly may lead to abdominal discomfort.
