Is it OK to eat too many dates in a day?

We recommend eating 3-6 pieces of dates per day. Because dates are high in sugar and fiber, it is important not to overeat frequently. It might lead to digestive issues, weight gain, or (in rare cases) fructose intolerance. The risks are low, but it is always important to be mindful of how you are eating.
