Why are dates good for you?

Dates are jam-packed with healthy vitamins and minerals. These include Vitamin B, Vitamin C, potassium, iron, magnesium, folate, and zinc, among others. Dates are also high in antioxidants and fiber. They have also been shown to promote heart and brain health.
