How many dates should I need to eat a day?

Dates have a high sugar content that is why most people should eat them in moderation. We would recommend an average person of 3 to 6 dates consumption per day to prevent diseases potentially. However, consulting a doctor or registered dietitian should be a priority before changing your diet.
