Can I eat dates after a workout and then eat a full meal?

Yes! Dates are great post-workout snacks! You can also eat them before a meal. Dates are high in fiber, as well as other vitamins and minerals. Therefore, they keep you feeling full for longer while waiting for or preparing your main course.
