ما هو مذاق التمر الطازج؟

إن مذاق التمر الطازج ليس حلو مثل التمر الناضج. وذلك لأن ثمار النخيل تُراكم معظم السكر الموجود بها خلال مرحلة الخلال (المرحلة الملونة)، عندها يصبح التمر الأبيض الطازج بنياً. كما ينخفض محتواها من الرطوبة. التمر الناضج يتميز بمذاقه الحلو للغاية وأنه مصدر جيد للبوتاسيوم.
